*Craft items must be handmade/hand assembled by crafter *Vendors MUST have a sales tax permit *(To obtain a permit call the Arkansas Dept. of Finance at 501-682-1895.) ALL inquiries MUST include a full address and phone number along with a description of your craft. Pictures or a website of your crafts would be even better. Inquiries without required information will NOT be answered. * The festival prefers crafters from counties adjoining Sharp & Independence counties.
